I spent years building a corporate career — climbing the ladder, chasing goals, and putting work first.

The higher I climbed, the more my health began to fall apart.

The symptoms came and went: bloating, bad skin, brain fog, weight fluctuations, exhaustion, poor sleep.

I was doing “everything right” — fasting, dieting, pushing through workouts — but nothing was working.

Then one day, everything changed.

I went out for a run. Music up, head down. I stepped onto a crossing — and into the path of a car overtaking a truck.

I hit the windscreen at over 50km/h.

The next thing I remember is waking up mid-CT scan, diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury.

My hormones went haywire: cortisol through the roof, no sleep, extreme fatigue, temperature swings.

I turned to study when specialists couldn’t explain my symptoms — and it changed everything.

Eventually, my energy returned & I felt strong again.

Then perimenopause hit — and all the symptoms came roaring back.

But this time, I had the knowledge to manage it.

Today, I sleep well, think clearly, and have more energy than I did in my 30s.

And now, I help other women do the same.

    I’m one of the few people who has qualifications across exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness.

    As a coach, I am also an expert in behaviour change (often the bit that’s the hardest).

  • Yes thanks to the modern wonders of Zoom.

  • No. While I have extensive training on common health conditions, exercise (including common injuries) and wellness I don’t diagnose.

    I can work with your GP (or any other specialist) to help you understand GP ‘speak’.

  • I have several Functional Doctors I can refer you to if your needs are outside my scope.

  • Functional just means looking for the ‘root’ cause of your symptoms.

    The goal is to find and 'fix' the problem - being preventative rather than just masking a symptom.
